As a Senior Engineer / Staff Engineer, Process Engineering, you will drive process development, optimization, and continuous improvement to support yield, quality, reliability, and productivity targets in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.What will you work on?
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, and efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve process-related issues.
- Support new product introductions (NPI), process qualifications, and technology transfers.
- Lead DOE, SPC, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Product Engineering teams to ensure stable manufacturing processes.

Education & Experience- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Physics, or related disciplines).
- Senior Engineer: 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
- Staff Engineer: 8+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
MUST HaveHard Skills
- Semiconductor process optimization and process control.
- Yield improvement and defect reduction experience.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA), DOE, SPC, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Process qualification and manufacturing support experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Ownership and ability to work independently.
NICE to HaveHard Skills
- Experience in Assembly & Test, Backend Packaging, or Wafer Fab.
- Knowledge of Wire Bond and Die Bond processes and equipment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, and APQP.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Project management skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
