What you will do
Take the lead on multiple AHU related projects that include: Product Development, Technology R&D, Product Data Analysis, Engineering data management, product Seismic Compliance efforts, and laboratory testing of product performance.
This Engineer is responsible for their success in achieving project results, maintaining their project schedule, in addition to contributing to the objectives of the AHU Business. They will have technical, commercial and schedule responsibilities for the team and will coordinate activities with other Engineering or AHU business members. This position is a blend of working Engineer, Project Manager, Data Analyst, Researcher and facilitator.
How you will do it
Lead by example, challenge yourself and provide suggested paths forward on projects.
Provide technical leadership as an Engineer
Exercise understanding of product implementation, manufacturability, compliance requirements and costing
Collaborate with other teams and individuals for knowledge & resources.
Execute multiple projects, provide guidance, priorities and identify challenges.
Communicate project status and estimated work content to be consistent and predictable.
Demonstrate good decision making and critical thinking skills
Adhere to the Company's Business Ethics Standards
What we look for
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field of study or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in AHU design or in a related field.
Great time management skills with a desire to learn and expand existing knowledge base.
Travel, approximately 10%. Some international travel may be required.
SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $167,000(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
