As a Staff Software Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Setting technical vision and defining your product roadmap for the next quarters, with focus on two key missions: Data Migration & Product Evolution
- Transforming legacy data into new product architectures
- Design, develop, deploy and maintain new and existing applications to reach the team's interoperability goals
- Responsible for the resilience, scalability and robustness of integration services
- Drive the architecture of interoperability solutions while following Domain-Driven Design
- Lead complex technical implementations including architecture transformations and vision implementation

- Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to the country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform run in a distributed architecture through reusable components.

- You have at least 10+ years of software engineering experience
- You have strong technical skills on Backend development and real time features.
- You continuously upskill those around you and set the bar for technical quality
- You are an effective communicator and are able to work on projects within and outside your domain
- You have a “user first” mindset and want to dedicate yourself to creating technologies and solutions which will enhance the day to day experience for our users.
