Job Description Summary: Join us as a Test Development Engineer, where you'll play a critical role right from the initial stages of product specification. Our team is instrumental in shaping the manufacturability of new products, with a special focus on the power industry. You will be developing fully automated test solutions to verify and debug issues at the silicon level, analyzing and characterizing product performance under various conditions. This role is not just about testing; it's about being a key player in defining the future of power electronics.

Job Description:

  • Early-Stage Influence: Involved in the initial product objective specification, influencing design for manufacturability.
  • Innovative Test Solution Development: Create and implement comprehensive test solutions for Analog & Mixed-Signal ICs, focusing on high-speed, intricate silicon-level verification.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and characterization of product performance under diverse supplies, loads, and conditions to define and guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced Testing Technologies: Utilize cutting-edge Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for innovative testing approaches.

Candidate Profile:

  • BSEE or similar technical degree. Strong technical foundation in electronics, with a passion for complex problem-solving.
  • Work experience in related field.
  • Eagerness to be involved in early stages of product development and contribute to defining industry-leading performance standards.
  • Basic written English proficiency with a commitment to enhancing communication skills in a dynamic team environment.
