Job Description:

  • Responsible for NPI WS (wafer sort) ATE solution release from the Business Unit, including new products and derivatives.
  • Work with WS team to troubleshoot and resolve wafer sort production test issues.
  • Work with design engineers in defining test plans including test methodologies, test modes, and test patterns.
  • Work with layout engineer to develop multi-site FT/WS test board solutions
  • Work with product engineer to optimize test programs based on data analysis findings
  • Overall ATE solution owner for customer samples, characterization, reliability qualification and mass production release


Job Requirement:

  • BS Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent. MS Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in WS/FT HW and SW development. WS test experience is required.
  • Experience in WS probe card development and troubleshooting (Cantilever and Vertical probe technology)
  • Proficient in ATE platform (ETS364, NI STS, LTX etc) and wafer prober (Tel, EG etc)
  • Working knowledge of C/C++, Visual Basic, and/or Labview.
  • Possess good electronic circuit knowledge and great troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-driven, good time management and planning and integrity to deliver highest quality of work

  • Teradyne ATE proficiency - ETS364/88
  • NI ATE proficiency - STS1/STS2/STS4
  • Test HW development – board schematic design, layout development, probe insert
  • Test Program development – C/C++ programming, Labview
