JOB TITLE: Staff Engineer/Tech Lead
LOCATION: 3200 Hackberry Rd. Irving TX 75063
DUTIES: Builds and drives QA teams, enterprise partners, and vendors in delivering innovative digital products through the creation of reusable software components. Ensure efficient execution of overall product delivery by prioritizing, planning, and tracking sprint progress. This can include the development of shippable code. Actively engages in product and business discussions with a technical eye for feasibility and adherence to overall roadmaps and architectural strategy. Models an environment of strong collaboration and partnership with engineers, domain architects, product leaders, stakeholders, and partners to drive execution of roadmap, negotiate changes in priorities, and manage communication of impacts. Lead 4 to 6 software engineer in an Agile POD-based delivery sprint. Train and help evaluate employee performance.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Test Architect, Engineering Manager QA, Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include the following:
· 6 years in automation test script creation and maintenance with Cucumber, Selenium, java, TestNG, and Maven;
· 6 years in API automation using Java and Rest Assured;
· 3 years in ADA testing using NVDA, Voice over, and talk back;
· 3 years in mobile automation and on-premises mobile lab setup using SeeTest, BrowserStack, or SuaceLabs; and
· Experience in leading the QA team and drive quality feature delivery.
