Job Duties and Responsibilities
Staff Engineer - Software sought by DISH Network, L.L.C. in Englewood, CO.
Provide information system technology. Analyze information system requirements, create designs, and provide documentation. Create applications from scratch, configure existing systems, and provide user support. Maintain existing functionality and develop new features in web-based in-house custom and customer self-service applications. Lead enterprise release projects by providing the level of effort of assignments, coordinating resources for development, analyzing complex business requirements, and producing high-quality design documents and code.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer applications, computer science, computer information systems or related. Plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or Sr Software Developer, Staff Software Developer, Staff Engineer - Software, Lead Software Developer/Engineer . Also requires 5 years of work experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
- Net, Angular JS and React JS
- Application development in web-based and Windows-based applications
- Full lifecycle software development
- Backend storage and maintenance.
- Agile methodologies, Waterfall methodologies, and Test-Driven development.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $161,886.00/Year
