Job Duties and Responsibilities
Staff Engineer-Software sought by DISH Network, LLC in Englewood, CO.
Work with IT internal and external Support and Delivery teams and internal clients. Provide support, technical design, development solutions, and best practices within the PRM development team to deliver coordinated software solutions. Provide Information System Technology solutions in the areas of Siebel Partner Relationship Management. Provide a variety of services ranging from Siebel architecture, development, day-to-day support, maintenance, and troubleshooting to improve, advance, and simplify the Siebel PRM development process. Provide detailed analysis of requirement documents and map that to Siebel Technical design document; Complete the PRM development work based on the technical design document; Work with the Testing team to prepare the migration of code base from Dev, Test, and to the Production environment. Work with different team to address any open defects and fix them for the prod migration; Work with Application Support team to migrate code base to production and for the any prod broke issues; Define software development standards, procedures, reference architecture and best practices; Evaluate and implement data platforms, data integration & analytical tools and technologies in the areas of Siebel PRM Development; Gather and translate requirements to technical specifications; Apply working knowledge of Siebel Tools and Siebel Open UI to create custom workflows and custom business services; Use EAI Tools and Web Methods/Java for middleware integration; Construct business components, Applets, View, screens, and general configuration; Provide documents architectures, engineering designs, and implementation plans of advanced enterprise infrastructure network solutions utilizing industry best practices; Define and document network requirements, architectures, low level designs, and integration plans of data connectivity needs for business critical applications and functions; Define, set up, monitor, analyze, and audit measure to ensure enterprise network performance and security.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or a closely related field plus 6 years of experience (5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience) in job offered or as Sr. Associate - Projects, Technical Lead. Also requires 6 years of experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
- Siebel Tools, Siebel Open UI, SQL, PL/SQL, eScript, Workflow, Quality Center, Oracle DB, Siebel CRM, Warranty Claim Processing App, ODM Business Tool, RTC, Jira, JavaScript, JQuery, Html, CSS, SQL Developer, EAI Tools and Web Methods/Java, Applets, View, Configuration and customization.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $161,886.00/Year
