Job DescriptionRole: QA with Salesforce testing experience
Location: Atlanta, GA 30338 (Once in a week work from office)
Duration: 6 months + possible extension
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce Field Service (FSL/FSM) solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong QA background with hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications, particularly within the Field Service Lightning (FSL) module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to design test strategies and detailed test cases for Salesforce Field Service implementations.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce Field Service modules, including scheduling, dispatching, work orders, service appointments, and mobile functionality.
- Validate mobile and web interfaces used by field technicians and service agents.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Design and maintain test automation scripts (using tools like Selenium, Provar, or others integrated with Salesforce).
- Perform data validation and backend testing using SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Document and report defects clearly using test management and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in QA processes and Salesforce configuration standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in Salesforce testing.
- Proven experience testing Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) modules.
- Familiarity with Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, Dispatcher Console, and Mobile App.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Experience with testing APIs and integrations involving Salesforce.
- Ability to write and execute SOQL queries for test validations.
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Provar, Tosca, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Field Service Consultant, or Platform App Builder.
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline environments with test automation integration.
- Familiarity with ServiceMax or other field service solutions (optional but a plus).
- Experience working with offshore QA teams
