Role and Responsibilities
- Evaluate the new product design for power conditioning systems (PCS)
- Validate and signoff of on New Product Design verification testing & reliability testing’s
- Work with Engineering team, reliability team for determining and driving the required accelerated life tests for various PCS modules and parts
- Work extensively with PCS Engineering team, Product support for testing of PCS, commissioning of PCS in systems, early life field failures, latent failures in field, prioritizing the PCS for repair and overhaul and track the same
- Collate the field installations data for PCS using software and work with CFT for monitoring and publishing accurate data to stake holders on a defined frequency
- Collate the field failure data from RMCC (Remote monitoring control center) for power conditioning systems
Analyze & report the data for any pattern of failures and work with concerned department and drive for corrective actions & trace the implementation from end to end
Skills Required
- Experience in evaluating product designs
- Proficiency in reliability testing methodologies
- Experience working with engineering teams
