Roles and Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement finite element stress analysis (FEA) plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and program commitments
- Execute the finite element stress analysis of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
- Create finite element models (FEM) as needed using a variety of tools ( ANSYS, Hypermesh, UG, etc)
- Provide technical and program leadership to domestic and global engineering personnel assigned to support the analysis efforts; mentors others in the organization
- Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments
- Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
- Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum 6 years of experience in an engineering position.

The base pay range for this position is 149,500.00 - 200,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on June 23, 2026.
