We are seeking a Staff Switching Software Engineer to drive technical strategy and product innovation across our SME-focused switching software organization. Market-Driven Innovation: Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies specifically adapted for SME markets including AI-powered network management, edge computing integration, and IoT-optimized switching
Competitive Innovation: Lead breakthrough product innovations that establish clear competitive advantages in the SME switching market
Customer Innovation Partnerships: Establish innovation partnerships with key SME customers and channel partners to drive market-focused product development

Qualifications
