Job Description :
- Build comprehensive RAG-based AI agents that provide instant access to safety procedures, operations manuals, warranty information, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting guidance Conversational AI Development.
- Create LLM-powered customer support agents for alarm diagnosis, KB article generation, and real-time troubleshooting assistance Document Processing & Automation.
- Extract structured data from logs, field reports, and operational documents using OCR and document processing pipelines, then integrate into automated workflows via N8N.
- Building retrieval-augmented generation systems that turn operational documentation into conversational AI interfaces Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Working with field operations and customer success teams to understand knowledge management needs and build practical solutions Automation Infrastructure.
- Developing workflow automation for maintenance scheduling, notifications, and customer communications Who You Are AI-First Mindset.
- Deep interest in LLMs, RAG systems, and conversational AI applications Problem-Solving Focus.
- Comfortable translating complex operational needs into AI-powered solutions Collaborative & Autonomous.

- Experience 3+ years as a technical contributor working with LLMs, RAG systems, or conversational AI.
- Strong Python skills with experience in LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Experience with document processing, text extraction, and knowledge base development.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools and API integrations.
