Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for highly skilled Senior/Lead Tools & DevSecOps Engineer with deep expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS, and DevSecOps tooling. This role requires a strong background in cloud automation, Devops Practices, Platform Engineering, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) to drive efficiency, scalability, and security across our cloud environments. The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer with excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for automation, and a strong ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, Debug, Automate and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins or similar tools
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration processes
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high system availability
- Automate deployment workflows for containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and Helm
- Life cycle Manage the tools like ArgoCD, Gitlab Runners, Artifactory
- Design,deploy, and manage AWS-based infrastructure with a focus on security, scalability, and cost optimization
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Optimize Kubernetes (EKS) clusters based Runners and Tools, ensuring high availability and efficient scaling
- Drive observability by integrating logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentbit, New Relic, Dynatrace, CloudWatch)
- Manage Tools and 3rd party components like Kafka, Redis, Elastic, Artifactory
- Enforce security best practices for AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, including IAM policies, encryption, and vulnerability management
- Drive security incident management and response in development tools, loud environments and CICD pipelines
- Partner with development, SRE, and InfoSec teams to improve system reliability and performance
- Mentor junior engineers and drive adoption of DevOps best practices across teams
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging cloud technologies
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- DevOps and CI/CD
- Strong proficiency in GitOps and CI/CD pipeline development using tools like GitLab, Jenkins etc.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration
- Cloud Expertise
- Deep understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudWatch, Route 53, IAM, etc.
- Proven track record in designing, deploying, and managing production workloads on AWS
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Extensive hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Expertise in automating infrastructure deployment and scaling
- Security and Compliance
- Knowledge of setting up and integrating security tools like SonarQube, Snyk, Palo Alto Prisma etc.
- Experience with security best practices in cloud and containerized environments
- General Skills
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation
- Hands on development experience in Go/NodeJS is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualificiations:
- Educational Qualification
- Engineering / Masters in Information, Computer, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Certifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate)
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
- CKA/CKAD.
- Hashicorp certified Terraform Associate
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
- Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, New relic or Dynatrace
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
