Job Summary:

Required to perform a variety of duties. These consist manly Sheetrock, Mudding and painting, The Job also includes minor repairs of the facility, electrical and plumbing repairs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To perform painting of the Facility
  • To perform replacement and instillation of ceiling tile.
  • To install TV's and related cable.
  • To repair plumbing leaks to sinks, commodes, piping, etc.
  • To make necessary repairs to the physical plant.
  • To be familiar with necessary tools.
  • To follow OSHA's Lock Out/Tag Out and Confined Space rules when applicable.
