About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Analog Design Engineer to join our XTech R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, simulating, and prototyping analog circuits that form the foundation of our next-generation products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including digital design, layout, firmware, and product management to bring breakthrough technologies from concept to prototype.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits for early-stage product prototypes.
- Perform detailed circuit simulations and analysis to validate performance.
- Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure optimal physical implementation.
- Build and test prototypes using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, network analyzers, etc.).
- Evaluate new technologies and components for integration into future products.
- Document design specifications, test procedures, and results.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to system-level architecture discussions.
- Work closely with firmware and digital teams to ensure seamless integration.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in analog circuit design (e.g., amplifiers, ADCs/DACs, power management, filters).
- Strong understanding of analog fundamentals: noise, impedance, stability, bandwidth, etc.
- Proficiency with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, LTspice, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation and debugging techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high-speed or low-power analog design.
- Familiarity with PCB design and layout tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD).
- Knowledge of mixed-signal design and signal integrity.
- Experience in prototyping for consumer electronics, medical devices, or automotive systems.

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
