  • Designing and enhancing electrical systems for complex automation, including creating detailed wiring diagrams and electrical distribution across subsystems.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate our products, ensuring full compliance with electrical standards in the automation industry (both EU and US markets).

  • Taking ownership of the electrical engineering framework, from initial design and validation to long-term strategy.

  • Mentoring junior engineers and relevant stakeholders, acting as the subject matter expert for all electrical engineering challenges.

Your Experience and Skills
  • Vast experience in electrical engineering, particularly in the (food) automation industry.

  • Proficient in creating and interpreting wiring diagrams and designing electrical distribution boxes, motor control circuits and PLC systems for automation systems (EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical, AutoCad Electrical).

  • Proven expertise with low and high voltage system design.

  • Great understanding of relevant regulations and the ability to define guidelines and best practices to be followed by others.

  • Strong collaborative skills and a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude.

What Makes You Stand Out
  • Experience with radio frequency (RF) systems.

  • A background working with MRI systems or in the food industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of electrical standards and compliance for both the EU and US markets, e.g. IEC 60204-1

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to solve complex challenges.

  • Excitement and determination to establish a framework and build new structures from the ground up.
