We need a Staff Ecommerce Analytics Manager to drive ecommerce insights, build scalable data solutions, and lead cross-functional efforts to optimize performance and support brand objectives. 

This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

What is a day in the life of a Staff Ecommerce Analytics Manager?

  • Solve analytical problems related to ecommerce performance and opportunity identification.

  • Create and populate an analytics roadmap of ecommerce insights, reporting, and automation that will save time and level up our Brand Management org.

  • Build scalable, repeatable solutions for data questions that were previously done on an ad hoc basis.

  • Lead scrums and analytics sprints to ensure timely results delivery for Pattern’s brand partners.

  • Act as a player-coach to other members of the team, mentoring and coaching them even though they won’t be reporting directly into this role.

  • Work cross-functionally with other teams at Pattern to communicate needs and ensure stakeholder alignment across a variety of Brand objectives.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business administration, strategy, economics or related field

  • 5-6+ years of professional experience as an analyst, consultant, planner, and/or ecommerce manager

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau, with strong visual reporting and data storytelling skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and VBA

  • Prior experience in ecommerce or retail

  • Prior experience in managing teams preferred, but not required

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams, communicating objectives and earning buy-in

  • High levels of organization and attention to detail

What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?

  • In the first 30 days, you’ll dive into Pattern’s ecommerce strategy, get familiar with our brand partners and their needs, and build relationships across multiple channels and departments

  • After 60 days, you’ll be able to assess challenges and needs, gather relevant data, and produce insights with some direction

  • After 90 days, you’ll own analytical projects and be fully accountable for developing high quality insights ready to be delivered to partners and leadership

What is the team like?

You’ll report directly to the Director of Product at Pattern. You’ll also work closely with the other members of this team and be mentored by the VP of Ecommerce and the Head of Product, who you’ll meet with occasionally to discuss your work. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
