As a Staff Development Facilitator, you'll play a key role in empowering our workforce through engaging training programs, professional development, and regulatory compliance support. Compensation: $23.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift, 8am-4:30pm M-F
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation, annual trainings, and ongoing staff development programs.
- Support and maintain certifications in CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention, and safety training programs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify, develop, and implement training opportunities across the organization.
- Manage training records and learning management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve employee learning and development.
- Provide hands-on support to employees and facilitators by scheduling, coordinating, and delivering training sessions.
- Utilize technology, virtual learning platforms, and multimedia tools to create engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to support a culture of learning, growth, and excellence.

- Six months, recent experience in Intellectual Developmental Disabilities programs
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, strongly preferred
