Schedule- Monday–Friday
- Day Shift
- On-call rotation as needed
From $85,000 per year based on experience
Responsibilities- Lead orientation and onboarding for new nursing staff
- Coordinate and conduct clinical education and in-service training
- Provide hands-on skills training and competency evaluations
- Mentor and support new nurses and nursing assistants
- Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
- Partner with nursing leadership to strengthen team performance and retention
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care required
- Previous experience as a Staff Development Coordinator, Nurse Educator, or nursing leadership role preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for staff development and clinical excellence

Skills Required
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure
- Two years' nursing experience
- Long-Term Care or SNF Nursing experience or Clinical Education and Staff Development experience
- CDC - IPCO Certification
