What does the role look like?
As a Staff Developer Experience focused Software Engineer, your mission will be to increase the velocity of our core engineering team. You will work across all repos — Next.JS, Ruby on Rails, and Swift, to ensure consistency and ease of use around our component libraries, util functions, internal / external APIs, linters, and our local development environments.
30 / 60 / 90 Day Plan:
- Within 30 days, our codebases will have linters setup, extremely clear readmes, a frictionless local development experience, and unified analytics tracking and standards.
- Within 60 days, our frontend component library will be used consistently and our frontend team will have a plethora of components to draw from.
- Within 90 days, you will have one other member of your team that you will hire to join your developer experience team.

✅ Target base salary of $200,000 - $230,000 + a competitive equity package.
