In this role, you will
- Collaborate with product software to deploy your models for fleet allocation and ETA
- Design algorithms to automatically allocate vehicles to deliver a premium experience to our customers
- Establish best practices and statistical rigor around data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Economics, Operations Research, or Mathematical Optimization
- Experience driving decision-making at various levels in an organizationFamiliarity with SQL, Python, R, or Scala
- Sound statistical inference skills, with the ability to communicate uncertainty appropriately to engineering and business stakeholders
- Experience designing metrics and building mechanisms to fuel business insights
Bonus Qualifications
- Basic fluency in C++
- Experience with geospatial data analysisExperience with Spark or large-scale data analysis
- Familiarity with or exposure to experimentation platforms
