Job description:
As a Staff Data Analyst for Rocket Growth Product – Seller Experience, you will be solving business problems related to seller experience, seller growth and pricing for Coupang Rocket Growth Product.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, along with experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Define the right metrics for the business and create dashboards to track and root-cause movements in the key metrics
Work with large and complex datasets to derive insights
Communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
Participate in experimentation design, A/B tests, product analytics, cohort studies and measuring the effectiveness of product launches
Prioritization and time-management in a fast-paced environment, with deep problem-solving for the problem at hand
Willingness to challenge the status quo and suggest improvements
Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant working experience in a data analytics role
Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python/R for data extraction, manipulation and analysis
Strong knowledge of data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau or other tools) and data storytelling to communicate insights effectively to non-experts
Business-level fluency in English
Preferred:
Experience with data engineering tools such as GitHub and Airflow
Strong knowledge of statistics, ML techniques
Previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, or AdTech companies
