Where you come in:

  • You will be the sole authority in determining violations of the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy and deciding on appropriate sanctions.
  • You will grant waivers to the MAP Policy in writing.
  • You will review advertised prices of Sellers, either directly or with third-party assistance, and conduct investigations into potential MAP Policy violations.
  • You will ensure Dexcom’s MAP policy reflects current best practices and aligns with the brand's values and objectives.
  • You will provide consulting and guidance to Dexcom business leaders on the application and strategy of the MAP Policy.
  • You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance functions to ensure consistent enforcement of the policy.
  • You will communicate decisions to Sellers regarding the application of the MAP Policy, maintain a list of Sellers, and manage the Do-Not-Sell List.
  • You will communicate Discount Windows under the MAP Policy and maintain a MAP Communication Portal for policy information.

  • You bring excellent communication skills to effectively convey policy decisions and maintain relationships with Sellers.
  • Your proficiency in coordinating with various departments ensures consistent policy enforcement.
  • You are detail-oriented and capable of managing a communication portal for MAP policy information.
  • You maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions, ensuring no conversations are construed as negotiations or accommodations under the MAP policy.
