Job Description
Must have Skills : , Job Description : Responsibilities:* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.* Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.* Generate leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media.* Effectively manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using a CRM platform.* Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide an exceptional customer experience.* Participate in sales development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills. Skills:* Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales.* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with strong customer service orientation.* Proven ability to generate sales leads and close deals.· Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.· Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results oriented.· Associate''''s or bachelor''''s degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
