Job Description:
What You’ll Do- Translate client business questions into clear analytics approaches and measurement frameworks
- Analyze marketing data to uncover insights and tell compelling data stories
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and performance
- Deliver clear, timely client communications and respond to ad hoc data requests
- Manage multiple workstreams across projects and deadlines
- Build trust with clients through high-quality, responsive work
- Bachelor’s degree (quantitative field preferred)
- 2–3 years of business or digital performance analysis experience
- 2–3 years hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, Content Square, or similar tools
- Strong time management, collaboration, and judgment
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and data visualization communication skills
- Experience in a professional services environment (agency or consultancy)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Domo, Looker Studio, Power BI)
- Experience leveraging agentic AI tools to solve client challenges
