  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal and optimize systems and processes using best practices and scalable solutions.
  • Support compensation operations like role evaluations, salary reviews, and data analysis, while maintaining the integrity of our job architecture and planning framework.
  • Co-ordinate annual benefit renewals and re-broking exercises in conjunction with appointed brokers and vendors
  • Shape our benefits strategy by using market data to evaluate and evolve programs that meet the diverse needs of our employees around the world.
  • Support benefit rollouts, from project managing new program launches such as enhanced family leave programs (parental, maternity, paternity) across EMEA and APAC, coordinating with HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling communications that help employees and leaders clearly understand and appreciate the value of our compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Be a trusted point of contact, responding to employee benefit and compensation inquiries with clarity and care to ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.

What you will bring to Coupa:
