This role is critical in supporting our enterprise applications landscape, ensuring that our business systems seamlessly support our rapidly scaling biotech operations. As the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will help drive the design, enhancement, and integration of order-to-cash solutions - particularly in connection with Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP - to enable efficiency, compliance, and innovation across multiple business functions.
The salary range posted is based on the South San Francisco location
Key Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing and Shipping to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with SFDC and SAP developers/configurators to design and deliver solutions.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects involving SAP and other enterprise systems (including Salesforce), ensuring integration points are optimized and business processes flow seamlessly end-to-end.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot user issues and recommend long-term improvements.
- Develop and maintain business process flows and training materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant supporting SAP systems.
- Strong understanding of multiple SAP modules and how they integrate across business functions.
- Proven experience in SAP - Salesforce (SFDC) integration projects and cross-system business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at both technical and executive levels.
- Experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with GxP, SOX, or other compliance frameworks relevant to life sciences.
