The Staff Business Application is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Oracle EBS System and other sub-systems in the Finance function.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Application and is part of the OEIS Finance team located in Brea, California and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct business process analysis, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.

  • Works with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate application or configuration solutions.

  • Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements and provides detailed design and business processes to support the requirements throughout the project lifecycle up to and through change control.

  • Reviews system test plans and system tests applications to ensure successful test cycles.

  • Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Requires undergraduate degree with 9+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in maintaining and supporting of Oracle EBS system R12.2+ and related sub-systems in the Finance function.

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst (or equivalent) experience.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:  

  • Ability to travel – 10 % travel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Techno functional experience in Finance - 90% functional and 10% technical

  • Highly desired to have PMP certification or Equivalent

  • Experience in implementation and support of Oracle Cloud ERP systems (Finance)

The annual salary range for this role is $140k-$155k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #L1-WT1
