- 必须具备10年以上高电流电感制造实战经验，尤其是共烧电感和模压型电感；并具备支持工艺开发、样品制作、小批量试产、良率提升以及量产导入的实际能力。
- 深入理解电感制造工艺流程、关键工艺参数、材料特性、公差控制、工艺能力、可靠性风险以及生产失效模式。
- 深入理解磁性材料、耦合电感、饱和特性、磁芯损耗、铜损、热行为、机械应力以及可靠性相关设计考虑。
- 具备良好的实验室测试和测量能力，能够对电感和电源模块进行特性评估，包括电感量、DCR、饱和电流、温升、效率影响以及波形表现等。
- 具备电力电子相关知识者优先。
- 熟练使用电磁仿真和热仿真工具；熟悉结构仿真及电力电子仿真工具者优先。

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Materials Science, Applied Physics or related
- 10+ years practical high-current inductor manufacturing experience, especially co-fired and molded inductors, including process development and volume introduction
- Deep understanding of inductor manufacturing processes, key process parameters, material properties, tolerance and reliability risks
- In-depth knowledge of magnetic materials, coupled inductors, saturation characteristics, core and copper losses, thermal behavior, mechanical stress, and reliability design considerations
- Strong laboratory test and measurement skills for inductors and power modules (inductance, DCR, saturation current, temperature rise, efficiency, waveform characterization)
- Proficient use of electromagnetic and thermal simulation tools for design, flux distribution, loss estimation, and thermal analysis
- Familiarity with structural simulation and power-electronics simulation tools
- Experience supporting suppliers and factories on sample builds, pilot production, process optimization, yield improvement and mass production transfer
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with global design teams, suppliers, factories and customers
- English fluency
