The Role
Develops reusable analog and mixed-signal CMOS circuit blocks, including amplifiers, LDOs, bandgaps, and charge pumps. Responsibilities include circuit design, layout supervision, simulation, verification, laboratory debugging, bench characterization, post-silicon validation, DFT collaboration, documentation, and production release. Provides technical leadership in specifications, project planning, design-team coordination, and collaboration with systems, test, product, applications, and marketing teams.

  • Interface with test, product, and applications engineering to drive the design to a successful production release.

Qualifications
  • Analog design experience and proficiency in verification, documentation, and post-silicon validation. Includes broad understanding of integrated circuit design such as amplifiers, LDO, BGAP circuits, charge pump etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor devices like MOS transistors, BJTs etc.
  • Knowledge with behavioral top-level modeling and mixed signal verification methodology.
  • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux working environment 
  • Knowledge of multiple semiconductor design tools like Spectre, Spice, Cadence design environment, Matlab, python. AMS simulation experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Hands-on experience in a lab environment working with sensitive measurement equipment and data acquisition.
  • Very good debugging ability in circuit operation, and device function
