We have an exciting initiative to expand our platform to a broader market that has similar needs for high scale, low latency, automated actionability and we are looking for an entrepreneurial product leader to drive this. Explainable AI is going to be a critical component of the overall platform.
We are looking for a strong product leader who can drive the platform’s AI and automation vision and execution. The scope and impact of the role is significant. You'll be responsible for the AI strategy to turn trillions of events that we process daily into actionable and explainable insights for our customers to proactively detect and mitigate user experience issues at scale.

What Success Will Look Like:
- Deeply understand and triangulate across customer needs, product analytics, and external industry innovation to drive product vision and strategy for the real-time streaming platform offerings to maximize business and customer impact
- Lead the design and deployment of cutting-edge Explainable and Generative AI solutions to solve pressing real world problems at scale
- Partner closely with senior management and engineering teams to define and align with stakeholders on vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Develop product roadmaps in partnership with relevant product and engineering teams that execute on product vision and strategy and inform our engineering teams of what problems need to be solved
- Define how we will measure the success and effectiveness of our products and drive the execution and continuous evaluation of those metrics
Who You Are & What You've Done:
- Proven track record of managing and evolving an AI strategy and vision
- A healthy blend of deep technical knowledge with customer-focused mindset and empathy
- Demonstrated passion for ML, AI data platforms, data experience, tools, workflows, and/or data infrastructure
- Strategic thinker that can connect customer use cases to technology solutions and think holistically about end-to-end experience
- Growth Mindset and curiosity to enter new domains, keep up with industry innovation, and constantly ask "why"
- Extensive experience in NLP and LLM, including reinforcement learning is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; timely communication with clear expectations
The expected salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 - $270,000 + equity + benefits. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, relevant education or training, and work location.
