OBJECTIVES:
このポジションは、TBS Accounting & Controllership Technical Finance Controlling Leadを補佐します.Globalおよび各リージョンのリーダーおよび日本会計をはじめ日本のビジネスとも連携し、ソリューションプロバイダーへと変革をとげたTBSにおいて、「データとデジタルの力でイノベーション起こす」という企業理念の実現にむけてタケダの発展そして「すべての患者さんのために」という私たちの約束の実現に寄与していくことが求められます.このポジションはR2D領域業務のセンターオブエクセレンスとしての役割を果たすべく、Finance System(SAP master等)の管理、各種ProjectのFinance面のエキスパートとして、関連するプロセスエリアに対しイノベーティブなビジネス ソリューションを提供します.SAPをプラットフォームとして、会計・財務数値を正確かつタイムリーに準備し、提供する責任をもちます.特にこのポジションには、固定資産管理業務のエンドツーエンドプロセスにおいて業務改善・デジタル化を主導するとともに、組織再編・新規取引等の各種Projectを主導し、Finance面でのイノベーティブなソリューションを提供することが求められます.カスタマー目線でソリューションを提案し、その範囲を拡大していくこと、リードの指揮のもと、チームのパフォーマンスやモチベーションの維持向上や人材育成が求められます.
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
[Major Responsibilities]
R2D領域の財務経理業務、Finance System (SAP Master等)の管理、各種Project対応の分野においてLeadをサポートし、以下を実施する
- 継続的な改善活動によるクオリティの向上からRecord to Discloseの領域においてのイノベーションを推進
- 決算プロセスの早期化、最適化、標準化、効率化の推進
- Global harmonizationによる、Global規模の継続的改善によるcost synergyの実現およびエンドユーザーエクスペリエンスの向上
- SOX、Compliance対応、監査対応および定期的なプロセスの見直し
- AI等の先端テクノロジーを活用したデジタルトランスフォーメーションの促進

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:
- Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
- Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
- Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
