Position Summary
They are hiring 3 Staff Accountants to support their U.S.-based client accounting team.
This role is responsible for producing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple clients. We are looking for highly proactive, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by feedback, metrics, and continuous improvement.
They are seeking candidates who are hands-on, responsive, and able to execute efficiently with oversight and structured priority lists.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Enter and import financial data into QuickBooks Online
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Record payroll entries and month-end journal entries
• Maintain fixed asset schedules
• Assist with tax return preparation during busy season
• Support ad-hoc accounting projects
• Meet monthly close deadlines with a high level of accuracy
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (cash and tax basis accounting)
• High proficiency in QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
• QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor (highly preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluent spoken and written English (required)
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients (preferred)
