What You’ll Do

  • Maintain Financial Records: Prepare and record journal entries and perform general ledger reconciliations. You will ensure all work meets internal standards and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.

  • Coordinate Audits: Work directly with internal and external auditors. You will organize documentation and provide the support necessary to complete audited financial statements.

  • Support the Close: Help the team meet monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines to ensure financial statements are issued on time.

  • Lead Special Audits: Take ownership of audits for our non-profit entities and ensure all required government filings are submitted correctly.

  • Analyze Performance: Partner with stakeholders across the business to review financial trends and variances. You will also support process improvements, new business ventures, and foreign entity audits.

  • Assist the Team: Provide hands-on support for various accounting projects and ad-hoc requests as they arise.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a similar level of practical accounting experience.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office products.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.

  • Adaptability: The ability to communicate clearly and adjust to changing priorities in a professional environment.

The pay range for this role is $57,600-$96,000. Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
