Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals

  • Support month-end and year-end close processes across multiple business entities

  • Assist with financial reporting, audit support, and variance analysis

  • Ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations and GAAP standards

  • Collaborate with department heads to track expenses, budgets, and capital allocations

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values of dependability and integrity

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably multi-entity or multi-location

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices

  • Cannabis or retail industry experience preferred

Skills Required
