Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff and Junior Accountants to join our growing finance team. This role is responsible for supporting key accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and the month-end close process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), an analytical mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their skill set and play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records.

In this role, you will handle tasks such as preparing account reconciliations, supporting internal and external audits, and helping produce financial reports. You’ll also ensure proper documentation of transactions and compliance with internal controls. Success in this role will come from strong attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations

  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

  • Manage and maintain accounts payable and receivable records

  • Support internal and external audit processes

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

  • Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc analyses

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)

  • Solid understanding of GAAP

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • CPA or CPA track is a plus

Skills Required
