Essential Functions- Record daily deposits, including entering borrower payments, scanning remittances, and delivering deposits to the bank when required.
- Respond to borrower inquiries via phone or email and document loan account as needed.
- Prepare and distribute loan payoff letters to external stakeholders.
- Process cash disbursements including loan payouts, housing counselor payments, borrower refunds and general accounts payable.
- Coordinate the transfer and retrieval of files archived at the State Records Center.
- Review and apply unapplied funds to repayment accounts within required timelines.
- Create manual invoices for loan accounts not included in automated billing.
- Monitor short sale and deed in lieu files and coordinate mortgage satisfaction recordings with internal staff.
- Scan and index documents into the imaging system.
- Prepare bankruptcy proof of claim charts and final cure documents.
- Monitor and respond to credit reporting disputes through the e-Oscar system.
- Review recertification and reevaluation documents for accuracy and update repayments appropriately.
- Prepare and submit biweekly productivity reports by agency deadlines.
