Our LA office is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly, from maintaining records and reports to supporting monthly close and account reconciliations. We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their accounting career within a company that’s expanding fast and values its people every step of the way.

• Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts

• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, including but not limited to: account reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and researching discrepancies

• Process and enter monthly credit card statements

• Enter accounts receivable billable numbers based on internal reports

• Match and organize received bills to internal reports

• Process received bills for payment

• Manage a weekly check run from processing to mailing

• Maintain and organize all vendor files

• Receive payments and process deposits

• Contact and collect delinquent accounts

• Research, track and resolve any accounting issues

• Compile daily performance data and prepare a variety of reports

• Maintain and organize accounting files and agreements

• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential

• Assist Controller and Account Manager with annual financial audit

• Ad-hoc projects, reporting and account reconciliations, and other assignments as needed to support the finance team

• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience using accounting software such as FloQast and Intacct (or similar systems)

• This is a hybrid position, and employees are expected to work in our Playa Vista, CA office every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
