Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close processes.

Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and balance sheets.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, maintaining proper documentation and approvals.

Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Maintain fixed asset schedules and perform depreciation calculations.

Assist in annual audit preparation and respond to auditor requests.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and other departments to ensure accurate financial data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (public or corporate).

Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accounting procedures.

Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (experience with NetSuite or SAP preferred).

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
