Job DescriptionCD PROJEKT RED is looking for an Staff Accountant to join our Finance team in Boston. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining compliance with company policies. You’ll work closely with vendors, internal departments, and other finance team members to keep operations smooth and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Enter invoice data into the accounting system accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, and payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendor inquiries and payment-related issues.
- Support audits by providing accurate AP documentation as needed.
- Support cash flow planning process.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company financial policies.
- Assist with month-end close procedures related to accounts payable
- Update the Account Payable process and policies including establishing a procurement pipeline using best market approaches.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 4 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
- Proficient in SAP ERP accounting systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP Concur.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of owning processes and always looking for improvements and optimizations to manage the manual workload
Nice to Have:

- Experience working in a tech, media, or creative industry environment is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite or G-Suite.
- Advanced knowledge of excel formulas, scripts, pivot tables and other system automations.
- Familiarity with the video game industry or entertainment production workflows.
- Drive to contribute outside of AP and into other more complex accounting areas.
This job requires working in Boston, US.
Working mode: in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity.
