Staff Accountant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
• Perform accurate and timely account reconciliations
• Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Treasury, and IT to ensure smooth financial operations
• Support audit preparation by providing documentation and analysis as needed
• Help implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation of new tools or systems

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

•   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 0-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
