WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions.
- Assist in the research and analysis of general ledger account variances.
- Development and maintenance of recurring Journal Entries.
- Preparation of assigned month-end account reconciliations accurately and on a timely basis.
- Provide proactive analysis and support to the finance team.
- Maintenance of Sarbanes Oxley documentation.
- Provide requested internal and external audit documentation.
- Prepare Ad Hoc data requests and project work as requested.
- Back-up others as needed in the primary accounting center environment to help with workloads as appropriate and to ensure work is completed timely and accurately.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- 2+ years accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with Oracle, JDE or similar operating software package.
- Experience with OneStream a plus.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
- CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work and interact with various departments throughout the organization.
- The ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
- Must display flexibility in regard to overtime during periods of peak activity.
- Must be an excellent teammate, a self-starter who is looking to grow professionally, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
