This position is responsible providing detailed financial support for invoicing, preparing monthly financial
analysis reports analyze and reconcile detailed general ledger accounts as assigned and generate costing
reports. Keeps records and accounts accurate and current. Researches and resolves discrepancies and
accounting errors. Performs related clerical duties
Core Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assumes responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of assigned accounting functions.
- Performs daily bank reconciliation.
- Provides detailed support for invoicing.
- Prepare documentation for external auditors.
- Perform monthly sales tax assignments.
- Reconciles general ledger accounts as assigned.
- Performs miscellaneous filing/sorting of checks, invoices, reports etc.
- Completes required records and reports and maintains files. Reviews expense reports as assigned.
- Assumes responsibility for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving accounting problems and discrepancies.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with area personnel and with management.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
- Completes accounting functions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in accounting or related field
- NetSuite experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Intermediate Excel skill set.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports.
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and decision making.
- Effective oral and written skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee must demonstrate regular and on-time attendance. There could be a requirement of occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
