Bring your passion for numbers to life as a Staff Accountant! Your constant attention to detail ensures accurate income journal, credit management and billing processes for the hotel. You’ll play an important role for establishing methods of payment for upcoming groups and events while diligently following up to secure payments post-departure, contributing to the seamless financial operations of our property.

What you will bring to the role

You bring a strong understanding of hotel accounting processes and functions, complemented by proficiency in computer systems, including accounting, spreadsheet, word processing, and email programs, with Opera Cloud experience preferred. Your exceptional attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and effective organizational skills set you apart in this role. With 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a luxury hotel setting, you are well equipped to excel as an Staff Accountant.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation:$28.00 - $ 30.00 per hour

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of hotel accounting processes and functions
  • Proficiency with accounting systems and spreadsheet, word processing, and email programs (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Opera Cloud experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and effective organizational skills
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a luxury hotel setting
  • Legally eligible and have current work authorization to work in the United States
