Staff Accountant will be responsible for completing routine reports, special reports, and any requested financial reports in an accurate and timely manner. Staff Accountant will also be required to assist in special projects and financial analysis while maintaining a professional, caring, and positive attitude at all times. Staff Accountant will also assist with month-end, quarterly-end, and year-end close processes, payroll processing, bank reconciliation’s, monthly revenue journal entries, 1099s, and assist with postings to the general ledger.
Summary of Duties:
- Organize, write up and enter the monthly journal entries into the general ledger.
- Complete end of month closing inclusive of financial statement for review by the CFO.
- Provide accounting support for the operating and capital budgets.
- Furnish routine reports, special reports and information to the CFO.
- Assist with special projects- and :financial analysis.
- Maximize the use of the accounting computerized system.
- Perform PCP capitation functions - update computer files monthly, perform computer processing to issue checks.
- Perform Specialist capitation functions - create check requests and supporting spreadsheets.
- Other duties as assigned.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $30.66 and $40.89/hourly, non-exempt; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Preferred Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a 4-year degree in Accounting perferred

- Must have excellent communications skills.
- Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management, staff and outside vendors and auditors.
