Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support accounting activities across all companies within the group. This role will be responsible for supporting key accounting functions including account reconciliations, month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and assisting in the improvement and standardization of accounting processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations across multiple entities
- Support month-end close processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Support the improvement and standardization of accounting processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Support audit and reporting requests as needed
Requirements
- 3–4 years of accounting experience
- At least 1 year of experience in account reconciliations and/or auditing
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, hands-on attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience at large accounting or advisory firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
- Experience in audit, consulting, or accounting roles in structured environments
