Responsibilities
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Review accounting transaction feeds from external sources for accuracy and completeness
- Support accounts receivable process
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
- Coordinate monthly sales tax compliance and payments
- Prepare and record monthly journal entries
- Accurately prepare and analyze schedules and reports
- Support annual financial audit
- Handle other Ad Hoc accounting tasks from senior team members
- Work collaboratively in a small team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products with intermediate knowledge of Excel required
- Experience with QuickBooks, or similar system, preferred
- Must be eligible to authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship
