Under routine supervision, this position is an entry level accountant role responsible for assuring that business owned accounts are fairly and accurately represented on company financial statements. Responsibilities will involve developing innovative and effective solutions to problems in financial analysis, reporting and forecasting. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with analysis and review of the organization's financial performance by collecting, analyzing and reporting financial and statistical data
• Maintain records of organization's financial activity in accordance with GAAP, organizational standards, and in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and similar regulatory requirements
• Work with various departments to assist with their expense management strategies and procedures
• Analyze trends affecting budget needs
• Support the preparation of operating budgets with and for various departments to support organization's expense management goals
• Perform accounting functions for the organization, including record keeping and reporting
• Examine and review unusual cost records and ensure cost data is allocated correctly
• Support the creation of standard reports on financial performance for internal and external use
• Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field and/or an equivalent combination of education
AND/OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both individually, as a team, and cross-functionally within the organization
- Basic deductive reasoning skills with ability to interpret data sets and provide actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Act with integrity, objectivity, and due professional care
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field and/or an equivalent combination of education of 0 to 2 years of Finance and/or Accounting or relevant experience

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
