- Responsible for all reconciliations before locking the period, including bank reconciliations, Accruals, Prepaids, intercompany & other accounts.
- Responsible for reclassifying and adjusting specific accounts and completing related reports on time.
- Responsible for meeting local finance compliance requirements.
- Responsible for the budget preparation and analysis of expense variance.
- Responsible for the bank payment authorization and any communication with local bank or suppliers.
- Collaborate with the local tax firm to prepare and submit corporate income tax work on time.
- Responsible for generating BS and P&L at the end of the month, assisting supervisors in the analysis of the statements.
- Support auditing requests.
- Familiar with Vietnamese tax and accounting policy.
- Ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor and above degree in accounting or related majors, 5 years work experience or higher is preferred.
- Solid accounting knowledge, familiar with the accounting process, CPA is required.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, a high degree of team spirit, executive learning ability.
- Be with great sense of responsibility and professional ethics, work with dedication and integrity within a professional environment, be able to work under certain pressure.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Skilled use of finance and Microsoft apps.
- NetSuite/ERP experience is a plus.
- Big 4 public accounting preferred.
- Having a Vietnamese chief accountant certificate is an advantage.
- Work experiences in multinational companies preferred.
